01Product Overview
Structural basis

The microfibril network limits settling and creaming

NatFibra® SP 9510-C is structured on sugar-based fermented NatFibra® fiber and is made of glycerine, cellulose gum and water. Products primarily improve the ability of the clean system to withstand deposition in static and low shearing.

The actual suspension results are influenced by the composition of surfactants, salt content, pH, product viscosity, particle size, particle density and storage temperature. Additions and production conditions should be determined in the full context.

Main group
Glycerine, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium benzoate, sellulose gum, water
Appearance
Grey to yellow sticky liquid.

02Microfibrils Structure
NatFibra® fiber

20-40 nm The fibers are interwoven.

Fibre lengths exceed μm class. The higher spect rateo enables it to form a large number of points of contact in aqueous case and gradually connects it to a three-dimensional network. The cellulose chain is connected by glucose units via β-1,4 glycosidic bond.

The dispersion of microfibrils informulation depends on the order of filling, cutting conditions, surfactant composition and electrolyte content.

Low shear

At static, the microfibrils network limits the deposition or upswing of particles due to density differences.

After cutting

The orientation of the network when pumped, filled or painted; the structure is re-established after cut.

Preparation process

Fermentation, purification and application formulation

The source of sugar is fermented through the fungus to form NatFibra® fiber, which then completes the purification, application assembly and filling to enable the product to be dispersed in shampoo, bathing and other surfactant systems.

The product is not recommended for direct use in water agent systems that do not contain surfactants. Quarterly ammonium salt-10 plasma polymers may change their dispersive and structural state and should be tested for compatibility.

  1. 01

    Complete surfactant blending

The dissolved and evenly mixed base surfactants are completed first.

  2. 02

Add the product after the main surfactant system has been formed.

  3. 03

    Homogenize and disperse

About 3,000 rpm average of 3-5 minutes, confirm that the material is equal.

  4. 04
